Non completed refuel

When you add an order to refuel within own tankers and there is not enough in said tankers ... somehow I feel that the tankers are emptied but the fuel is gone in the void and is not given to the ships.

I don't have a certainty on that but on several occasions I was surprised of the end result, with tankers emptied and what seemed the same low fuel situation for the rest of ships. Have any of you some thoughts on that? That would be a major bug indeed.

One ship is full, others are low. VB6 Aurora does it ship-by-ship, instead of increasing the fuel tanks of all ships by the same amount.

Use the equalize fuel button on the task force screen to fill every ship to the same percentage.
