Version 2.5.1, in event description:
"stabliise"
Steve is British :)

I know. But stabliise remains a typo.  ;)

Yes, but it's a British typo.

It should be

s t a b i l i s e

but currently it is

s t a b l i i s e

So just one i jumped over the l instead of staying where it should be. I have to admit, I've never even noticed, my brain has silently fixed it :P

Even more peculiar... both "s t a b l i i s e" and "s t a b i l i s e" are present.  :)

So the typo only happens when a standing order is applied to an unexplored JP?

It seems so.
I am seeing it only for unexplored JPs.

Just found a counterexample.

Not a typo strictly speaking but the United States name theme contains "Unavailable" as a last name, which I'm assuming is a mistake.

In "Polish - New" Commander names there is a surname "Janczak (nazwisko)"

The ship design component window in v2.5.1 inconsistently categorizes commercial components:
  • "Commercial Hangar Deck" is not in the "Hangar Deck" category.
  • "Commercial Damage Control" is not in the "Damage Control" category.
  • "Commercial Magazine" is in the "Magazine" category
A screenshot is attached.

When I assigned a ship to have a standing order to return to its entry jump point, but it's never left the system it started in, that shows up in the event log as an "Orders Assigned" event.

> Humans      Orders Assigned      Sol      GSC-03 Schiehallion 003 has a standing order to return to its entry jump point. However, the entry jump point is not known
> Humans      Orders Not Possible      Sol      GSC-03 Schiehallion 003 is unable to carry out its primary standing order (Survey Next Three System Locations) or its secondary standing order (Move to Entry Jump Point)

Weird that it'd be in the "Orders Assigned" category when the order couldn't be assigned.

the unicode symbol (the one for unrecognised character) appears in 29 names in the database, instead of various umlauted characters, and some apostrophes.

Version 2.5.1, in the Naval Organization window, selecting a single (stabilisation) ship within a fleet, its statistics say "JP Stablisations Completed": an "i" is missing.

Not exactly a typo.
In the Class Design, there are the parameters 1YR and 5YR, while, in the Glossary, they are named as MU1 and MU5.

This is technically a bug, but since it has no game impact, figured I'd put it here.

When you design a magazine, and you check off the "Show Next Tech" option to let you build a future prototype, Structural Shell shows up as an option for your armour type. It's by far the best option, with a very small size and a very low cost.

Fortunately, any (FP) module of this sort that you design can never be researched, so you can never actually add them to a real ship.
