Changes List for 2.3.1

This patch includes the following bug fixes:
  • Fixed cost and materials for CIWS
  • Fixed size of 50% reduction 10cm laser.
  • 'Instant Organisation' now uses build points.
  • Fixed popup bug if 'Rename Class' clicked without a class selected.
  • Fixed colony creation on the mineral window when the race has two or more species.
