The setup follows the v16 ruleset.

The stats of the Iskarendi are 65 Willpower, 45 Arrogance, 43 Aggressiveness, 50 Xenophobia.
The traits for the Iskarendi are: Tainted Atmosphere - Oxygen, Increased Grade - Veteran, Research Bonus +5%.

The government of the Iskarendi Empire is a national representative, giving bonuses of +25% research, -30% espionage, +10% combat, +40% tax. The maximum tax rate is 65%.

The Iskarendi have two fleet formations at the moment, the Exploration Fleet and the Defense Legion.

The Exploration Fleet consists of 2 Eagle-class scouts, the Eagle and the Falcon. Admiral Eglaen commands the Exploration fleet from the Eagle.

The Defense Legion consists of 1 Scimitar-class frigate, the Scimitar. Admiral Atha'an commands the Legion from the Scimitar.
