Part 1
1st January 2030
The Commonwealth passes the Industry amendment act 2030. This clears the way for the production of a shipyard and the conversion of mines to auto mines. The act also allows the production of missiles.
Sabre-A
Missile Size: 6 MSP (0.3 HS) Warhead: 9 Armour: 0 Manoeuvre Rating: 10
Speed: 31700 km/s Endurance: 54 minutes Range: 101.9m km
Cost Per Missile: 5.425
Chance to Hit: 1k km/s 317% 3k km/s 100% 5k km/s 63.4% 10k km/s 31.7%
Materials Required: 2.25x Tritanium 2.925x Gallicite Fuel x4250
Development Cost for Project: 542RP
The Sabre-A is projected to be the main Commonwealth ASM with a good mix of range, speed and firepower
Dagger-A
Missile Size: 1 MSP (0.05 HS) Warhead: 1 Armour: 0 Manoeuvre Rating: 16
Speed: 48000 km/s Endurance: 2 minutes Range: 7.2m km
Cost Per Missile: 1.2
Chance to Hit: 1k km/s 768% 3k km/s 256% 5k km/s 153.6% 10k km/s 76.8%
Materials Required: 0.25x Tritanium 0.6875x Gallicite Fuel x50
Development Cost for Project: 120RP
The Dagger-A is the main Commonwealth AMM. It has a 24.2% chance to intercept the Sabre-A ASM, hence it is slightly more cost effective (4.8 for four daggers to 5.425 for a sabre).
In the Republic the President signs into law the Rebuilding, Expanding, Strengthening and Targeting our Army’s Rocket Troops (RESTART). This begins the construction of fighter factories and deep space tracking stations.
The Empire begins training a new brigade and also begins a new shipyard (plus converting mines into auto mines)
In the EU the Conservatives finally manage to pass a defence bill that has a provision for a space shipyard, however to get the bill through the council they had to add an amendment tying the shipyard to a new AMM PDC. Industry was allocated in a 70%-30% PDC-Shipyard ratio.

This design is classed as a Planetary Defence Centre and can be pre-fabricated in 4 sections
This PDC, named after the true hero of Waterloo (snubbing the English is quite fashionable in the EU) will be able to fire an estimated 11 times against missiles moving at 30000km/s with a hit percentage of 22.4% (with Defender Is). This means one Blucher Class PDC can shoot down a 50 missile wave (on average).
Defender I
Missile Size: 1 MSP (0.05 HS) Warhead: 1 Armour: 0 Manoeuvre Rating: 16
Speed: 42000 km/s Endurance: 1 minutes Range: 2.5m km

The Defender I is the standard AMM of the EU.
In ISIS a new missile was designed
ASM-A* (for ISIS stuff Commonwealth codenames will be used)
Missile Size: 5 MSP (0.25 HS) Warhead: 4 Armour: 0 Manoeuvre Rating: 10
Speed: 30000 km/s Endurance: 23 minutes Range: 42.0m km

Materials Required: 1x Tritanium 2.25x Gallicite Fuel x2916.5
Development Cost for Project: 350RP
This is ISIS’s bog-standard ASM
ISIS also begins to train a new brigade, build a shipyard and convert it’s industry to TN (oh and only six people are beheaded today, a new record).
1st February
The Empire goes into debt. The fiscal conservatives lead a filibuster on the floor calling for spending cuts. It is agreed to cut spending on mine conversions (it was that or the military)
The Commonwealth and The Republic both found extra colonies on the moons of Jupiter and Saturn respectively. But with nothing to transport people they will not grow.
1st March
Due to continuing financial problems (and lobbying) congress votes to further cut spending and re-activate Wall Street (200 financial centres).
21st April
The Republic completes its first deep space tracking station. It begins picking up thermal signatures from the other nations planets
26th May
The Empire completes research into fuel efficiency 0.9. Research is started on fuel efficiency 0.8
1st July
The Republic finishes researching missile warhead 4 per MSP. They begin researching missile warhead 5 per MSP
26th August
Blucher 001 is completed to planet wide celebrations. Shots of the opening ceremony are beamed around Sol (although they are banned in ISIS and branded fake news in the empire). EU citizens take pride in their achievement, while on Luna, Io and Rhea protests break out over the lack of an equivalent defence base. Kapitan zur See Henrik Rhodes is selected as the commanding officer. The EU now commits the production use to make the Blucher to building their shipyard and automating their mines.
21st January 2031
The EU finishes upgrading their lab software making each lab 20% more effective. They begin developing a way to translate those gains to the industrial sector.
11th March
The Republic finishes construction of 4 deep space tracking stations on Rhea. With this done they begin working on two new designs

Missile to hit chances are vs targets moving at 3000 km/s, 5000 km/s and 10,000 km/s
This design is classed as a Fighter for production, combat and maintenance purposes
The F-36 Wasp A is The Republic’s first fighter. It is designed to be able to engage any target in Sol from it’s base on Saturn. It relies on stealth rather than armour for protection. A strike by a squadron of 20 Wasps can fire 80 Hellfire-As at a target. Currently they require an active sensor from their base to engage targets.
Hellfire-A
Missile Size: 3 MSP (0.15 HS) Warhead: 3 Armour: 0 Manoeuvre Rating: 10
Speed: 30000 km/s Endurance: 25 minutes Range: 45.0m km
Cost Per Missile: 2.25

Materials Required: 0.75x Tritanium 1.25x Gallicite Fuel x1875
Development Cost for Project: 225RP
The Hellfire-A is The Republic’s first ASM. It is designed to be fired by the F-36 Wasp. It’s range and warhead are lower than the designers (me) would have liked. In combat it must overwhelm enemy ships through weight of numbers. It is projected to soon be replaced by the Hellfire B.

This design is classed as a Planetary Defence Centre and can be pre-fabricated in 8 sections
The Spruance class Base has the space, fuel, and magazine to house, refuel and rearm 40 F-36 Wasp As. It’s powerful search sensor can spot incoming hostiles at a distance of 900 million km. It has space for a battalion of troops to defend it.
20 F-36s and a Spruance are put into production on Rhea.
